Q: What kind of arrangement can i expect?

A: You can expect an exquisite arrangement which reflects your business’s unique brand & aesthetic. We source only the highest quality florals & botanicals to provide arrangements that simply can not be found at your local supermarket. Our arrangements are premium & long lasting. 

Q: How often will I receive an arrangement?

A: Flowers are refreshed on a weekly basis each Thursday

Q: When am I charged?

A: For convenience, a single monthly payment will be due on the last Thursday of each month and collected upon delivery.

Q: Am I able to skip a week?

A: Yes. Simply let us know at least 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery

Q: Am I able to add to my order? 

A: Yes. Since an invoice is issued at the end of each month, there is plenty of room to add to your order for special events. 

Q: Do the flowers include a vase?

A: Yes. We will select a rotation of vases that are specifically suited to your business's aesthetic. We will deliver florals each week in its own vase, and collect the vase from the previous week. 

Q: Do I have to sign a contract? 

A: There are no contracts & no commitments! We guarantee that you will love how our service enhances your space and shows clients your attention to detail. You have the option to adjust or discontinue your floral deliveries at any time.
